DM&C Engineering, LLC was established in 2003 by Dianna M. Gibson, PE.  We are a 100% woman-owned, small business. 

As the President and Owner of DM&C Engineering, and with nearly twenty years in the Land Development and Construction industries, Dianna Gibson lends extensive land planning and civil engineering experience to the project.  Ms. Gibson has worked on a variety of projects with Federal agencies, local governments, and in the commercial and residential sectors.  Ms. Gibson is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Virginia (VA), Maryland (MD), and the District of Columbia (DC).   She is also a proud graduate of Virginia Tech.
